I called the restaurant directly and the woman (Kim I think) who took the call IMMEDIATELY volunteered to personally deliver the missing item to our doorstep.

As a trucker with limited options on a regular basis never mind with Covid rules in place limiting things more - I greatly appreciated that as typically no other drive throughs I’ve been to in many different cities have this option! “Haven't been in Brandon for a very long time. Was back recently and had to visit this DQ for their traditional March 1 annual opening. No matter how cold, they open March 1. The day I went it was in the -30's Celsius and windy. Enjoyed my ice cream as always. Used to go to this DQ all the time when I lived on Brandon. Nice to see that they are still there!“
