“Arrived to the restaurant for brunch the day after my sister's wedding here in Brandon. We inquired about breakfast and the staff told us that breakfast had ended a few minutes ago, but they would check with the kitchen. We were able to order off of the breakfast menu. The portion size and quality of food was great. The service we received from our waitress Melanie was incredible! She was very polite, tentative, and made sure that our experience at the restaurant was fantastic. I would definitely return to this restaurant in the future should I find myself visiting Brandon, Manitoba again!“

“First time at Joey's Seafood Brandon (1212 18th St., Brandon, MB, Canada) and I have to say, this place was excellent, all the food tasted fresh, none of it felt too greasy, the coconut shrimp was nice and sweet with no aftertaste what’s so ever, I loved the street tacos, those were the highlight of the evening, excellent. They had calamari which I enjoyed also, I even ordered the clam chowder which was very light and Savoury , nothing tasted “fishy” every item was light, crisp and packed with flavour. Only complaint I’d have was the fish sandwich being a lil too soggy from the coleslaw other than that everything was exceptionally delicious. Service was also really great, our hostess was kind and occasionally checked in, and even offered to give feedback to the chef. (side note) if the smell of fish bothers you why are you eating seafood?, simply order from skip the dishes because the food definitely outweighs everything else. 8.5 out of 10, definitely dining again“
