“I’ve been coming here for at least 8 years and it is the best coffee I’ve ever had. The owner is helpful: if you don’t know coffee he can help you find out what you’re looking for. He’s passionate about coffee, always friendly and has a great selection and great prices.
This is a place to go pick up great coffee to brew at home. It doesn’t have a fancy storefront and is a little challenging to find your first time. It is located off Wilkes in an industrial area and has variable hours. Message him before coming and you won’t be disappointed.“

“This the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff and service are the worst. They seem to be at work as play time instead of looking after customers. The biggest problem is I have to ask for a napkin with my donut. They put two donuts in the same small bag which now the icing is going on the other donut. I asked for two separate bags and I got attitude from the worker. I am the customer and feel I was treated badly. The Manager and Owner needs to train the night crew big time. They need to treat customers with respect. The atmosphere now sucks because the place is dirty and the attitude of staff makes even the service a terrible experience. From now on I will go to Grace Hospital Tim Hortons closer to home and treated like a customer. Maybe even go to McDonald's Restaurant and still treated like a customer with a smile. This place is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.Went to Tim's twice in the last week. The big thing is the pizza. The first thing is that the Pepperoni pizza is absolutely great. Second visit we had bacon everything pizza. Both are very good. The next visit we will try the three cheese simple. Tim's prices are great and you don't feel sick because of the dough. Tim's pizza is flatbread. We will be back for this pizza.“
