“I am a subscriber to their whole bean coffee. Truly truly excellent customer service - owner graciously and patiently went back and forth with me until I got the roast I liked best. They have THE BEST decaf espresso coffee I've found. And I am picky!“

“When I was visiting Winnipeg a couple of weeks ago I visited this Star bucks several times and although it was incredibly busy the staff were so helpful and polite. I had to wait for my ride to catch my plane and I was allowed to sit there for an hr. I was also given ice water. Visit this Star Bucks if your ever in Winnipeg.“

“This location is always busy, the lines tend to move quickly but there will be a wait -- even when using the app. The staff have to juggle between drive thru, in person, and online orders so please be patient with them.The drink quality is consistent and the staff have always been pleasant to me, even during peak times. However, due to its constant line ups I do tend to avoid this location; this decision is based solely on the crowdedness of the location, not based on the quality of service or product.“

“This location has a strange way to get to its parking lot. It's not directly off of the main entrance. You have to go around the fire department building down another street and then down what looks like a back alley that leads to the entrance of the McDonald's drive-thru and building “

“Super small space with no where to sit bur fortunately that wasnt what I was going for, othwise I would've been pretty disappointed.Absolutely incrediblely good coffee taste in the caramel frappe. I was very surprised at how good this drink was. Will definitely be back for another one and hoping it's just as good!“

“Great place, bad service.I went to Tim Hortons to order something today and after I made my order I was told to go to another register because the scanner wasn't working but then the cashier did not scan my points and when I told her about it. She then pretended to scan it with a very bad attitude and told me she scanned it. So, I did not get any points or roll ups because when she scanned it, there was no order on the display.“

“I'm a regular here because of their caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccinos lol for second busiest in the city, they do awesome. I never go in the drivethru because it's slower.Regardless, it's close by and the staff are very talented and very nice.Thank you for providing such great service to our community.☺️ You rock❣️“

“Ordered my usually here however I noticed the guy making my coffer put a container down that appeared to be almond milk. I didn't order almond milk so I asked for him to confirm that wasn't for me then he said o sorry I thought u said almond. He did make me a new coffee but good thing I noticed asnim allergic to almonds.“

“I go to this Tim's relatively often. Always good. This time they filled my iced coffee to the brim, which was pretty awesome :). The guy asked me if I needed a tray to carry the 4 drinks I ordered, which I did. It's always nice not having to request the tray and the staff is considerate like that!“
