“Great Lil' Spot to Get some Good Grub. The Beef Dip was absolutely amazing on the Foccoscia bread BUT it's too soft for the Au Jus (just falls apart in a soggy mess and hard to handle) Definitely recommend toasting the bread longer and the Pierogies less (but that's just my opinion) They're a lil' hard on the teefers and like mine just slightly fried. Garlic Parm fries were a Unique upgrade but lacking Garlic Flavor & Value. Would be amazing vs ok with a Pinch more Parm. Atmosphere was Modern,Upgraded, and CLEAN. Loved the Huge Ferns and Cafe' aesthetic. Great Service!!! Drinks always Full. Would definitely come back to try other menu items. Menu has lots to Offer.”

“I’ve been here quite a few times, on my every visit I just love the way the staff treats us. Usually, I stopped for a coffee and donuts. Everytime they served a fresh hot coffee with freshly baked donuts which gives perfect burst of flavours on the palate.”

“This review is in regards to Alyssa Willson. Alyssa has been a consistent leader for Joey's Polo Park location bar for as long as I can remember. Despite her many tasks in her managerial position, she still takes the time to weave through all the tables and genuinely interact with the familiar faces of return guests to really give the welcoming family feel at this locations. She is always smiling, despite the array of different situations showing from afar to each guest that everything is running smoothly from in front of house to the kitchen staff. She's an asset to the Fuller Family Group the and sky limit for this one.”

“Good bang for your buck! I got the Tokyo Beef Poutine and the fries were nice and crisp. I would come back again but take out only.
This is not a very good sit down place, the employees were surprised I was dinning in.
There is no music and the employee was playing some type of first person shooter on their phone. Loud gun shots from their speaker my entire dinning experience.
Don't come here if you have PTSD.

“I would call this a hidden gem! It’s small and if you blink, you’ll pass by it. But oh my word, such flavourful food. I had the red curry bowl with egg rolls. Party on my mouth 😊 I look forward to returning and trying other items on the menu.”

“Atmosphere felt like I was in Japan again. Menu was easy to follow to pick meat, soup bases, etc for the ramen. Lots of selections to choose from. Had one of their feature ramen dishes, Golden Sesame with the Tokyo fries and chicken karaage. Everything came out quick and fresh. The karaage was so tender and juicy. Ramen was amazing. Will need to go again to try their other dishes.”

“My husband failed to remember the name of this epic delicatessen when we were visiting from Nova Scotia 2 years ago. I'M SO GLAD HE REMEMBERED THIS TIME! A sandwich to remember! 200g, your choice of several kinds of delectable meat stacked between delicious rye, your choice sauce, served hot or cold, and a fat delicious dill pickle on the side. The atmosphere is original as it was when it opened in the late 50s! And the gentleman that owns it was incredibly generous and inviting. He immediately met us with ice cold bottles of water (very hot day) and cookies for the kids for dessert and a little bag of candy on the way out the door. So very kind of him to give these things to us. I will absolutely be back, especially for that deadly looking brisket sandwich!!”

“My sister and I visited your restaurant for lunch on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. I would like to give a huge shout out to our waitress Chey. She was so amazing with our 89 year old mother. My mom was interested in the Tuesday special which was Crab Legs. She was unsure if she was going to be able to crack open the legs. Chey replied that she would do it for her. When our meals were delivered, Chey came back to our table and opened up all the legs and passed my mom the meat. Mom was so happy to have that done for her. Chey took her time to ensure all was well with her prior to leaving the table to take care of her other tables. Chey is definitely a GEM of a waitress! Thank you for making our mom's trip to Red Lobster a wonderful experience!!”
