“Great Lil' Spot to Get some Good Grub. The Beef Dip was absolutely amazing on the Foccoscia bread BUT it's too soft for the Au Jus (just falls apart in a soggy mess and hard to handle) Definitely recommend toasting the bread longer and the Pierogies less (but that's just my opinion) They're a lil' hard on the teefers and like mine just slightly fried. Garlic Parm fries were a Unique upgrade but lacking Garlic Flavor & Value. Would be amazing vs ok with a Pinch more Parm. Atmosphere was Modern,Upgraded, and CLEAN. Loved the Huge Ferns and Cafe' aesthetic. Great Service!!! Drinks always Full. Would definitely come back to try other menu items. Menu has lots to Offer.”

“I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a large double-double, a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and a pack of chocolate Timbits. The food was fresh and delicious—the bagel was perfectly toasted, and the cream cheese was generously spread, just how I like it. The coffee was hot and brewed to perfection, and the Timbits were soft and full of flavor.

What really stood out was how attentive the staff were. As I was picking up my order, I was in a bit of a rush and forgot to grab my pack of Timbits. Before I even realized it, one of the employees kindly called out to remind me, making sure I didn’t leave anything behind. Their quick attention turned a simple coffee run into a delightful experience.”

“The food was fantastic. We loved the creativity, taste and presentation of both meals. We were shown to our table, brought food and drinks but very little interaction with the server. In fact she checked in with us to give us the bill when we asked for it. If we wanted to eat in the bar we would have asked to do so. We thought it would have more ambiance in the dining room. The kitchen noise was extremely loud and the loading of large jugs of ice had me closing my ears to get a rest from the racket. The noise level from the bar was loud too. Not an easy meal to sit through when we were out to celebrate our anniversary.”

“Feels like coming home when we dine here. Staff is so friendly, attentive and welcoming…. And the food is delicious… especially the ChickenSteak Deluxe! We have taken a number of friends and family to Sam's at various times and the staff has made it special for each one of our guests. My 7 year old granddaughter says she feels like a celebrity when she's at Sam's.”

The pristine service, the delicious entrees with high quality ingredients and culinary skills, and the cozy atmosphere of a 100 year plus home was amazing. We wished for nothing more. Leave the bustle of the city …. Come home…. To the Gates. You will not be disappointed.”

“Stopped in, later at night for supper with friends. Place was full, lots of orders going out. Placed our order, easy and quick, and they brought it out to us outside on their patio a little bit later. Food was fantastic, owner came out and asked how the food was, spoke quickly, very nice people, and staff was great too. (they brought us extra sauce and napkins!) We had the Birria and Al Pastor tacos. Loved the Al Pastor, unbelievably good. Had beans and rice with a cochinita pork tamale my wife really enjoyed. Highly recommend, food was great, priced well, we had big portions and staff were great”

“My husband failed to remember the name of this epic delicatessen when we were visiting from Nova Scotia 2 years ago. I'M SO GLAD HE REMEMBERED THIS TIME! A sandwich to remember! 200g, your choice of several kinds of delectable meat stacked between delicious rye, your choice sauce, served hot or cold, and a fat delicious dill pickle on the side. The atmosphere is original as it was when it opened in the late 50s! And the gentleman that owns it was incredibly generous and inviting. He immediately met us with ice cold bottles of water (very hot day) and cookies for the kids for dessert and a little bag of candy on the way out the door. So very kind of him to give these things to us. I will absolutely be back, especially for that deadly looking brisket sandwich!!”
