“My son and I ordered KFC in Portage yesterday and they forgot our fries. When my son called back they were very kind and kept apologizing and told us we can pick them up. I go pick them up and the lady at window apologized and then another worker who gave us our fries included a large gravy for their mistake and she also kept apologizing. Just that little apology makes a huge difference..some other businesses can learn good customer service from these ladies! Such places like bills sticky fingers who actually got mad at us because they made a mistake with our order. No apology , just rude , take notes bills sticky fingers! I said we are located in Sandy Bay. The guy said he knows and would send someone. I didn’t believe it until they showed up with our salads. We were so happy with their service.
