I've ordered three time in the past month. Each time, I say over medium. They will repeat over easy. Then I say it again. Then when I get the order they are cooked over well. I once went with the flow and said yeah to over easy and they were cooked over medium.
Next time, I will just tell them to cook it how they want it as they rarely get the order right.
