Of course I know the food is great since I've been to LPH before. However, I went to the Portage Ave location tonight at 10:20pm only to discover that all the doors were locked and no one was in the storefront (seemingly locked up and closed). I did look on Google and LPH website to confirm that the closing time on Mondays is 12am. I didn't see any "sorry for the inconvenience / emergency closure" type of signs posted up on the door either.I'm rather disappointed at this. I don't know if they closed early or if the hours are incorrect on Google and the LPH website, but I'd recommend looking into this.

When this place fails, I promise you it’ll be because of the way it’s managed. I’ve been three times to get a slice. Not once has there been someone at the counter, or even visible in the back. All three times after waiting a while I get the attention off staff in the back around the corner to ask what slices were available, and all three times I was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait.I was there at 12:10 today. Lunchtime. No pizza.

Ordered pizza through door dash from this location . First they apparently can’t count to 3 as I ordered 3 pops got 1 and one of the pizza tasted completely like mold . Door dash refused to do anything but credit 2 pops when I contacted store directly they said they couldn’t do anything either . So just be aware serving old

Spent about $110 on four XL pizzas and was very disappointed in the quality for the money. Oh well... gave it a try; won't be going back.

First time trying .Opened this new location close to me, so gave it a try .Pizza was under cooked and soggy .Not a good impression for a new location trying to establish in a area with tonnes of other pizza places.

This has always been my favourite pizza restaurant in the city and I'm so happy to have one super close to me now. Placed an order for delivery tonight and it came way quicker than I expected. The sauce is so sweet and delicious and the garlic butter(?) They brush on the crust is such a subtle but great addition (sorry again for ordering so late, the delivery guy was super chill and nice about it though you guys are the best ❤️)

First time trying this place. One of the best pizza's I have had in Winnipeg. Could be my go to from now on! Great garlic crust too.
