Today, Thursday, February 19, 2026, at approximately 10:30 p.m., I witnessed one of the pizza delivery drivers leave a customer’s order on the street, outside the building entrance, without waiting for the customer to come down and pick it up.
The driver appeared to be in a hurry and did not make any effort to ensure the food was properly handed to the customer. Leaving a paid order on the cold winter street is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and basic customer...read full review

Ordered to calzones and got back to the hotel and they were burnt. Not sure why they would allow such terrible food to leave their store. Called and they said they would replace them. But nothing else. Not a sorry, didn’t take responsibility for the burnt items, thought maybe they would refund me and be sorry but nothing. Won’t be ordering ever again from them.
