Ordered a few times on delivery apps and was dissapointed so decided to try walking in for takeout. Had the same experience with the cakes as I had with delivery (dry, not very flavourful, dissapointing for the price), and employees seemed to be walking on eggshells, giving the place a generally weird vibe. Portion sizes were also really inconsistent. Dissapointing, as someone who's been in this area for 15+ years told me that it used to be their go to for dessert.

The cake picture online did not replicate or resemble the cake that we actually received and paid for.
Instead of a variety of fresh fruits on top, there was two pieces of sliced lemon.
When charging fair amount, the product in the pictures when pre ordering need to be much closer to the product created.

It would benefit the place to have better direction for people when they enter. I wasn't sure if I needed to take a seat at a table, order food at the counter, or pay for what I wanted first. That was my only complaint, and that is very minor.
I live an hour and a half away, and gladly will drive in for their desserts. Very trendy atmosphere and a fantastic place to go.
