Wakoya sushi is awesome - some of the best sushi I’ve had , staff are also so kind
If you like yam rolls you absolutely must try the Sarah’s Yam Roll here, it is sweet melt in your mouth yam (not overly fried like some places) with avocado on top with a light teriyaki drizzle, which sounds super basic but it’s by far the best and most consistently delicious I have tried, from any of the dozen or so sushi restaurants I’ve been to in Winnipeg.
