Ben & Florentine offers a good experience with great servers. The 'Ultimate Pancake' is a good value with hashbrowns, bacon, eggs, fruit, and three pancakes. The presentation is excellent, and the serving sizes are generous. The Crispy French toast is highly recommended, not overly sweet. The chocolate crepes are awesome, and the food is packed with flavor and freshness. The service is exceptional, attentive, and friendly, making guests feel right at home. The atmosphere is good, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Despite some issues with service frequency and kitchen smells, it is a place worth visiting again and again.
