The bistro has a menu that is clearly created with love for food and great knowledge of the Metis culture. The owner is a creative genius when it comes time to some of the unique combinations he has created to put on the menu. What I appeared most about the bistro experience, is the care that goes into sourcing every ingredient made to cook the quality food they offer.
