The price is so far beyond fair and worth its weight in gold in this economy. They serve a wide range of Vietnamese foods with an awesome selection of Banh mi sandwiches, including cold cut, grilled beef, spicy grilled pork, and spicy chicken. The cold cut Banh Mi is out of this world with fresh bread and fresh veggies. A good sized sandwich is $8-10. The Vietnamese coffee is stunning. The owners are very happy to talk. It is a very small place with limited seating, mostly takeout, but it is a must try spot. Free street parking is available.
