Didn't go into the building. Not sure about the restaurant, just like a picture of the building. I'm sure the food's not bad and have to find out one day. Lot of traffic in front so shoot come on down and try the food. Might be incredible!!
Fun outdoor patio, great rotating selection of bands! Food options are minimal so eat beforehand. Bartender inside the Times Changed is a sweetheart, be sure to grab a shot on your bathroom break.
The venue is wonderful, very cool atmosphere. Lots of great beer on hand and the live music is a ton of fun! If you're looking for a fun night out in Winnipeg, this is a great option.
