The food was excellent, and the portions were generous, but the service was the best I’ve ever seen. Scarlett never let our drinks run dry, even after she knew we were done with the food. I’ve never seen service that caring, considerate, and thoughtful.
Had another great experience at Brown’s Socialhouse! The food was amazing as always, and our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. The kitchen accidentally forgot the avocado, but she quickly brought us complimentary avocado slices and even upgraded us to the larger salad. Great service and excellent customer care. We’ll definitely be back! 😊
I have been too Brown's downtown a few times, and when I've been there Adam has been the bartender and he's been exceptional!
Tonight when I had my sushi to go, he brought me a new set of chopsticks before I even asked.
He is a wonderful bartender and anyone would be lucky to have him!
