Food is da best. Can’t complain about the atmosphere. I got a story about service though. I’ve been going there for about 20 years and always enjoyed the factory special. The other day I ordered the same but the rookie waitress give me a twin burger with (bacon and cheese) which I didn’t order (great marketing 😂)but everything tasted the same as the factory special 👍I’ll be back
In my opinion they have the best burgers and fries in the city. At least at burger factory you might pay $20 for a combo which is pretty close to McDonald’s these days but at least at burger factory it fills me up
Best burger place in the city. I've been coming here since I was a kid and the food is still amazing. If you've never been, do yourself a favor and get the Factory Special.
