The cookies are good but I will never order them again.Long story: I ordered 2x8 cookies as a gift for my cousins on August 3rd. Only half of my order arrived on August 17th. I emailed on August 18th to alert the company. After 5 days of no response, I sent a follow up email. Again, no response. My order never arrived! I contacted the company via email after my order said it was "delivered" however, after 3 days I did not receive a response. I then messaged the company via Instagram at which I was given no explanation to why my order said it was delivered. All I was told is that my order was just being made that day. I ordered $100 worth of cookies (8 pack deluxe, red velvet and birthday cake) 16 in total. I was so excited to try them ALL -To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. So far I’ve tried red velvet, birthday cake, skor, hershey’s, Reese’s Peanut butter explosion, Brownie Dulce De Leche and Oreo cookies and cream.
