Tonight we had one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in long time. Menchie is an absolute angel!!! We had our friends over who are expecting their first baby. Decided to order in desert but when we finished the selection and went to order on skip, the store was closed for orders - by two minutes. We decided to phone to see if there was any way to let the order go through but they explained that is controlled by skip the dishes. To make a long story short, when they heard it was for a pregnant, newly expecting mother, Menchie offered to personally deliver our order after their shift ended and the store closed. They even threw in extra goodies at no added cost! Absolutely amazing! And of course, everything was delicious.
