Food is expensive and the main ingredient of my meal was missing. Of course it was takeout so I really couldn't do anything about it. Missing the tofu from my tofu bow. The hostess working lunch on Wednesday, March 25 was also incredibly rude.

Amazingly good food, but the star was the front of house manager Josh. We had an issue that would have ended the evening on a sour note. He went well above and beyond to make amends for the situation. Even I, someone with very high expectations for service, was shocked and impressed. They have earned our repeated business.

I was denied entry because I do not have proof of vaccination. I was asked for it outside which is illegal, according to provincial & federal health regulation AND internationally as a UN human rights violation. While restaurants are free to set LAWFUL conditions to enter, violating a person's privacy is NOT lawful. If the vaccine works, why does everyone need it? If it doesn't, why ask for proof? I understand I'll get blasted by those who disagree, but your fears don't overrule our rights and freedoms. Zero stars if I could.

I had the pleasure of visiting this fine establishment last night. From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome by the hostesses who proceeded to have my group seated promptly and let us know which server would be looking after our needs. Between the four of us there were several different appetizers, entrées, and cocktails ordered, all of which were delivered not only in a timely fashion but presented magnificently. We were all extremely satisfied with our meals and felt the quality definitely met and pleasantly exceeded expectations. Notably the management team is easily accessible and their pursuit of perfection is obvious. A couple of us were fortunate enough to chat with some of its members and found them to be very professional and sincere in the restaurant’s quest to provide us with the best possible experience. A definite five star rating from myself and three friends, very much looking forward to seeing everyone again at the new location soon, should be a beauty!
Always a great experience for Earls. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was really chill. Enjoyed myself. Very excited to see their new place on Main.

They always have the best stories. ?My downfall of tonight has been the service. Seated, drink practically in hand. Doing good so far. Then.... nothing. No check in. No service with a smile. I had to make desperate eye contact with my waitresses for her to reduce I'd been trying to order for 25 mins.HorribleI just hope the food is good.
