“I finally had the chance to try this restaurant out. I got the sisig nachos and the tapsilog. I found that, although I normally dip my tapa in vinegar, I didn’t need to since it was flavoured just right. I loved the sisig and would have preferred plain nacho chips or maybe a lightly flavoured lime one rather than the nacho flavour only because I think the sisig deserved more of the spotlight. It had great flavour. The service also was great, the girl is super nice and welcoming and I didn’t feel embarrassed eating alone. My only wish is that I had more people with me to be able to try more dishes. Maybe for next time I’ll bring a few people and have the big kamayan dinners they offer. Thanks for a great meal experience this weekend:) See you again soon.“

“Food is always good at this place! It’s our go-to spot for lunch with my coworkers. There are lots of selections to choose from, ensuring everyone finds something they love. Their breakfast options are also fantastic. Highly recommend!

“This place has the best fried chicken in Winnipeg, hands down. From the moment I picked up the chicken to take home, I couldn’t resist the temptation to eat it. I ended up eating a piece right in the car because it smelled so good. Our entire family loves the seasoning blend used at this restaurant; it perfectly suits our tastes. Highly recommended!“

“We had a great experience having my dad’s surprise birthday lunch at Pampanga’s Restaurant. Even though we booked last minute, Kelly was super accommodating and made everything easy for us. All the staff (especially Issey) were really nice and attentive always checking in, and the service was great. Food was amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect for our relaxed celebration. Definitely recommend for any gathering! 💕“

“I enjoy this store but had a strange experience with one of their security people. I had gone to purchase 5 gift cards and I went straight from the doors to the cash register. I was the only person in line at the cash register. The cashier was nice and helped me with my purchase - even went to get the cards for me as I had not seen where they were displayed and explained how these cards worked vs cards with an amount allocated on them. At the beginning of ringing up and activating the 5 gift cards a security guard stood several feet away, faced and stared at me. He didn't blink once for the entire time I was at the cash register, over 5 minutes. I felt threatened by his demeanor and by the time I left I was shaking. I talked to a manager and explained my concerns and then while I was approaching the door the security guard went in front of me, turned around and stared me down again. I've never experienced this before! As it turns out I need another gift card. I will be purchasing it from a different specialty food store!“
