Don't come for the food. It's pub grub at its grubbiest but it usually has a unique performance on the generous stage. There is definitely a community feel here with lots of regulars. It's blue jeans and loose shirts. 100% Winnipeg. Bottle beer only which is a bit disappointing but there are a few local beers worth sampling.
Love a lot of things about this place, depending on the night. Great decore and atmosphere. Patrons can make or break the experience, but also the staff, I don't appreciate when bartenders give themselves a tip without my consent.
It was a wonderful place with a great vibe. The live music was excellent, and I loved how people of all ages were enjoying it together that made the experience even more special. It was also a pleasure meeting Claire and having a great conversation with her.
