Service was excellent. Appetizer were amazing. Scallops were a pretty small portion for $35. Only three smaller scallops. Our steaks were undercooked. Got new ones made and they were undercooked again. They put them Back in the grill. Mine Was perfect third time around. My wife's was overdone now. She ordered medium. They took It from Rare to well done. Very disappointing as this is their specialty. We went for out anniversary. Was hoping for a better experience
Delicious dinner. We had the cheese toast, French onion soup, Caesar salad, filet and bananas foster for dessert. Our waiter, Marvyn, was outstanding.
Came here for my sister's birthday for dinner. The food, the ambience and thr service, everything was exceptional. Will definitely visit again.
Oliverier was our server. She provided us with excellent service and the meal was amazing for our 25th wedding anniversary. Definitely worth a return visit.
We had a beautiful evening at Hy's. Great food, warm atmosphere, and truly kind staff — thank you for a night to remember!
Food: Phenomenal. I'd highly recommend the Beef Wellington as well as the classic NY Steak. Cheese toast is a classic appetizer that never disappoints, if you're feeling more adventurous i'd recommend the crab cake. There's a multitude of flavours that accompany the crab cake and it doesn't have an overwhelming fishy taste. Service/Atmosphere: There's a calm, darker ambiance to the dinning area which is exactly what i prefer. The waiter was knowledgeable enough to recommend cocktails based on my previous drinks and had a wealth of knowledge when it came to the food. He was timely when it came to checking up on us, i'd rate his service 10/10.
The table side ceaser and banana foster were amazing and the waiter put on a great show and pampered us. The only item that didn't blow us away was the pasta side. We found it to be a bit on the plain side. Everything else was amazing and I left with meat sweats and a smile!
It was our first time dining there and service was excellent and the steak was cooked so perfect! The highlight is the bernaise sauce...yum!
We had a great evening at Hy's. Danny, our server is a veteran at Hy's, and it was great having him as our waiter and catching up, as it has been a while since I've seen him. His experience and suggestions are second to none. Danny explained that the famous Hy's Cheese Toast had changed, mainly due to the change in bread supplier and also the method in which it is prepared. It is still very good, but doe not have the same taste that made their cheese toast so desirable. The Ceasar salad is still the same and terrific. The steak was done to perfection and the sides were exactly as I expected, right on point. It is pricey however, even when compared to the finer restaurants in Las Vegas. Having said that, the experience was super.
Server was friendly and attentive. The food came out as ordered and the drinks were amazing

First off the Service was great. The table side Caesar salad was excellent as well as the carrot side dish. The steak however was underwhelming and a bit disappointing. We ordered the 22 oz porterhouse with the peppercorn sauce. The steak was very thin, barely 1/2". It was cooked as ordered but the flavor was overwhelmingly charred. All we could taste was the burnt fat from the gas grill they cook the steaks on. For the high price and quality I was expecting a much thicker cut that was cooked without being burned. I've been to some great steakhouses and this one missed the mark on the most important thing on the menu.
Went here for a Saturday night date night to celebrate my birthday and to start, the ambiance was classy and elegant. The food and the service was exceptional. I was impressed with the waitresses on the knowledge of the menu. However, drink options can be limited with overpriced non-alcoholic drinks. The dessert was the perfect way to end off this evening. This is the place to be if you're looking for a romantic dinner!
Who knew it was so good as a wedding venue? Food was spectacular as was service.
Had the daily special beef medallions done as requested with green brandy peppercorn sauce, with two shrimp sautéed to perfection and very garlicky. Veggies perfect and a potatoe scallop very tasty. Table side Caesar Salad excellent.
The restaurant ambience was lovely. We were a party of 5, I arrived earlier and ordered a Negroni, it arrived with ice cubes and a slice of orange in it. Table next to us had a beautiful clear ice ball and orange rind. (The correct method) Consistency was definitely lacking. We ordered 2 dozen oysters they only had 1 dozen left, (for an upscale restaurant, really) so we received the 1 dz and they were cocktail oysters, tiny oysters with the price tag of large oysters. We ordered a platter of different meats including a 32 ounce ribeye and well when it arrived that ribeye was 25 ounces at best. This was an annual business trip, we will not be returning to this restaurant next year guaranteed.
