I was there for mcburger and fillet o fish without sauce this morning. Have been there a few times, first time to order mcburger. Everything was ok until I consumed the burger, it wasnt cooked well.
I bungled my in-app order & placed it here instead of at my intended store. By the time I biked to this location my sandwiches were old, but the on-duty manager generously offered to re-make them for me, and he was really nice about it, too. I wish I had gotten his name to mention it here, but he knows who he is. 👍
I get a feeling that this McDonald’s is really trying, but the surrounding environment really does not allow it to flourish. There are groups of homelessness near by, the accessibility door obviously was tampered with, and questionable customers sitting inside trying to pawn you their stolen goods. The service is there, the staff is warm and smiley, but I can’t imagine what it is like working here and how the employees feel about their personal safety.
