I get a feeling that this McDonald’s is really trying, but the surrounding environment really does not allow it to flourish. There are groups of homelessness near by, the accessibility door obviously was tampered with, and questionable customers sitting inside trying to pawn you their stolen goods. The service is there, the staff is warm and smiley, but I can’t imagine what it is like working here and how the employees feel about their personal safety.
I am happy with the service. I wandering for a job for 2 years at McDonald's. When I see the people who work there I feel happy that they are polite and respectful. I would be happy if I could work with those people on their team.
I would have gave 5 stars but they forgot my hash brown with my breakfast meal. I usually check the bag before leaving but the manager handed me my order and I thought he would have made sure everything was in the bag but nope. For now on I will make sure I have all my items I ordered before I leave, even if the manager hands me my order.
