Got my coffee for the day. Thank you. Stop by yesterday on my way to work, wonderful service as usual, thank you. MERRY CHRISTMAS. Went there to get hot chocolate, ordered at kiosk, and waited for name to be called. I arrived past 7:30 p.m. left after 8:20pm, cabbie said he saw people went in and left right away, whereas I waited longer. Saw somebody eventually filled hot chocolate on cup. This is undoubtedly THE BEST Tim’s in Winnipeg. I have been a customer for years, in all forms, walk in, drive through and delivery app, and they have never once messed up my order, the staff is always polite and helpful despite dealing with the downtown crowd all and and being in close proximity to a high school. Services is usually very friendly but the fellow today obviously saw that I was disabled decided to put the donut at the end of the counter, and then the two drinks that I got at another end of the counter so I can walk back-and-forth instead of coming right back to give it to me at the hotel, where he was standing and going to serve the next person That’s just being a jerk!
