I dined alone. No one else in the restaurant. Unfortunate because the food was piping hot and really good.

Pho Binh Minh Restaurant offers amazing food, with slow but worth-it service. The take-out is as good as dining in. They serve fresh fruit bubble tea and have accommodating staff. The restaurant is clean, well-lit, and not crowded. Prices are slightly high but worth it for the flavors and portions. The staff is professional and respectful, and the environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for dining alone or with friends and family. There is lots of parking available. The soup ranks among some of the best in the city, with spicy sate rare beef and a broth that has a touch of cinnamon. The deluxe pho is really good, and the deep-fried wontons are incredible. The spring rolls with peanut sauce are a must-try. Highly recommended in Winnipeg!
