Promenade Brasserie is a fabulous spot for brunch, offering a wonderful and unique Métis menu. Their dishes, such as the braised pork belly plate, chicken and waffles, and Eggs Benedict, are flavorful and expertly prepared. The service is top-notch, with attentive and knowledgeable staff, including server Bruce, who is particularly notable for his excellent service. The atmosphere is lovely, although the space can be a bit cramped. Despite this, the restaurant's unique twists on classic dishes, such as serving Eggs Benedict on Bannock with a divine hollandaise sauce, make it a must-visit destination.
