“The lady cashier is very kind. Generous amount of seafood and portion, I couldn’t believe it! Tartar sauce and fish was solid. Less than $15 snack. I am fully satisfied.
Caution if feeding children: small bones in chowder. For me, it was no issue. Fish has bones..lol and with the price and portion, I wouldn’t deduct points for that.“

“After ordering the combos here many times I can safely say that it is a great fix if you want chinese food. The dimsum is what victoria is known for but i personally just come for the combos. The atmosphere is the only downside as it is dead silent in there and quite awkward with people hearing your conversations. I almost feel the need to introduce myself to the other patrons.“

“I been going to both locations for years. They are equally great. One located at St Vital mall the other at the Forks food court.
Fish and chips are consistently delicious, I have had both the cod and halibut at different times(pickerel available as well), always good. Not too much batter, served with a lemon slice and tarter sauce. Fries and fish are made fresh for you and everything is piping hot when you get it. Always busy, I have never been there when there has not been a line up but they are fast and efficient.
You can choose the portion you are hungry for, snack size to 3 pieces. I have never had a bad experience. I have not found a better place in Winnipeg for fish and chips.“

“Went out tonight for my wedding anniversary dinner.
Was seated right away (we had reservation though), staff were friendly and attentive, appetizer came out extremely fast.
We enjoyed the steak bites for an appetizer, they were amazing, I really enjoyed the horse radish dip. I had the prime rib for main course, it was great. Wife had a burger, she said it was also great and very filling. They treated us to a free desert due to our anniversary which was unexpected but extremely gracious of them.
Will be back for another date night with the wife. 100% recommend“

“Excellent ,my go order for takeout for over twenty years in Winnipeg. Have gone for pick up in the past, always impeccable service . This time as of Feb18 ordered online at the east lake website, and no short of excellent service . Ordered online ,and delivery to my door in twenty minutes. Food was excellent as in the past ,piping hot ,and delicious . Ordered dinner for one with veal ,and chicken balls. Also ordered some special chow main, shrimp egg foo ,and extra sweet sour sauce . My favorite dish here has always been their egg foo . 5star restaurant for food ,and excellent service. Highly recommend.?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“**** I do not recommend *** The manager jordan is a huge problem . She lacks professionalism and customer service . My boyfriend ordered a pizza to Selkirk hospital and told her it’s important driver has change for $100 bill, as he’s timing getting pizza between his treatment. Met driver at front door and this was not communicated with driver and my boyfriend explained to jordan on phone because of this mistake he’s unable to go back to main entrance as nurse was waiting to start his treatment . My boyfriend offered to etransfer ( all he could offer ) jordan was rude and argumentive and offered no other solutions . This is our second bad experience with jordan as I ordered $140 in wings and pizza and our order was wrong and she would not correct our order a previous time . Franks just lost a lifelong customer .“

“My first time. They delivered,and I was pleased with everything. Black Bean Garlic Shrimp.- lots of plump fresh tasting shrimp, and a light sauce.. not too salty. Hot Honey Chicken - big dish and not too much batter (not greasy too). Mapo Tofu- big dish with lots of stuff along with the tofu - bbq pork and shrimp. Overall a very good meal - generous and not too expensive“

“My sister and I visited your restaurant for lunch on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. I would like to give a huge shout out to our waitress Chey. She was so amazing with our 89 year old mother. My mom was interested in the Tuesday special which was Crab Legs. She was unsure if she was going to be able to crack open the legs. Chey replied that she would do it for her. When our meals were delivered, Chey came back to our table and opened up all the legs and passed my mom the meat. Mom was so happy to have that done for her. Chey took her time to ensure all was well with her prior to leaving the table to take care of her other tables. Chey is definitely a GEM of a waitress! Thank you for making our mom's trip to Red Lobster a wonderful experience!!“
