I frequent this Second Cup every time I’m at Polo Park. The staff are so friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I had another great experience there today when I ordered a coffee carrier for a meeting I was heading to. They put together a great package that made it really convenient to travel with. Thanks again for the awesome service and making a simple experience really enjoyable!
When I worked at this mall I would come here daily. The staff were always kind and helpful. The manager or owner (not sure) was a very kind man and was always happy to help his customers. The loyalty program was great as I got a free coffee once every week or two. If I hadn’t moved job locations I’d still come here daily.

Very small place to sit inside. Staff member, who took the order, could use a better personality. The outside eating area, that belongs to Second Cup could do with a good cleaning. Otherwise, the large confetti cookie was great! The Americano coffee perfect!
