I don't frequent Starbucks often (usually just during pumpkin spice season) but I've never had an overly terrible experience here. Food and drinks are always done correctly. The drive-thru can be pretty slow, which is why I knocked a star off my rating. Friendly employees, though. The food is on the pricey side but tastes so much better than mcds or timmies, worth it for the occasional lunch visit.
I'm an avid Starbucks customer. I ordered using the app. Opted for drive thru pick up and arrived 2 min before the time listed in the app. I waited in the drive-through for over 15 min, and when I finally got to the window, my order wasn't even there. The barista had to go get it.There wasn't an apology for the long wait. I usually frequent a different location in the city, and this one fell drastically short when it comes to customer experience. I have been to many Starbucks around the city or even different countries. But nothing compares to the one on Main Street by Riverband area. The employees are amazing. My order could be a little confusing but every time I walked out, I had a great coffee made. Or they even willingly will remake it if something is not right. I wish I could rate them more than just 5 stars!
