Bridgwater location - fix your staffing model. Waiting 20 minutes for a coffee order is not acceptable. One person working clearly not enough.
I had one of the worst experiences at this starbucks, i have never experienced this before, i got 4 drinks and 3 cake pops, and spent nearly $40, all the drinks tasted either diluted or too milky. In my opinion if im spending $40 I should at least be satisfied with my purchase after describing exactly how I want them. As a Starbucks partner myself, I was disappointed with my experience at this Save-On-Foods Starbucks kiosk. I ordered a triple espresso with oat milk and 3 pumps of hazelnut, but the employee insisted on charging it as an iced latte with an extra shot instead of ringing it in the way I requested.
