I’ve been there 3 times already. The atmosphere is always awesome and kind. The service is always amazing so kind especially considering there is only one person working there at a time (or at least when I’ve been there) I get the Mexico smoothie and pita with hummus each time it is amazing!!! 10/10 would recommend. Hopefully returning soon

In town for a few days and was looking for a healthy meal in the west end of St James. Great sandwich and salad (Cuban sandwich and Caesar salad). Great quality and value. Best healthy choice in this end of Winnipeg. Definitely recommend.

I was looking for vegan food when I first arrived in Winnipeg and the person at the information desk at the airport recommended the Green & Grain. It's a small restaurant, located in a strip mall, that specializes in smoothies, wraps and salads. The person running it was very helpful in making me a customized salad with falafel that met my dietary needs for vegan and gluten-free. Best of all the salad was delicious!
