Honestly speaking, given the location of this store, most people would have low expectations. But as a UW student, this Tim's is one of the more convenient and affordable options for a quick bite between classes. Every time I've made an order, the staff are incredibly friendly and always working hard to get everything done quickly and correctly. My food and drinks are always made well, just the way I've asked, and because they're so busy it's usually fresher...
My favourite Tims of winnipeg. The staff is so sweet. I had a short interaction with the manager. She is very nice and professional. My Iced Coffee was very delicious. Highly recommend.

I really just want to commend the front end staff, specially Lucy. She is the friendliest, hardest worker I’ve seen in this industry. She’s often left understaffed but that doesn’t seem to phase her.
