Straight-up lied to me about toasting my food would not tell me the truth made me wait five extra minutes for something they didn't forget. I go there all the time so I know how things work there honesty is all I ask for and I got lied to not only the employee but the manager on duty if not the guy's the owner he's always there. Tim Hortons offers very good food, and the employees are usually pleasant. The location has worn-out decor and limited parking. Despite great coffee and doughnuts, the service can be poor at times. Management needs to stop yelling at their employees in front of customers. It is recommended to be patient when ordering. The BBQ crispy chicken bowl is a new favorite, with a good amount of chicken, dressing, and even shredded cheese. Consistent drinks and food are provided.
