Please train staff to properly read orders and to double check the orders before sending them off. I ordered a combo with two hash browns and guess how many hash browns I got? Zero. And when you ask to be refunded on skip, you get 1.65 back. Even though each hash brown costs almost 4 dollars. Will be going to Regent from now on.
Went through drive thru, Anthony (with Orange hair)was amazing in speaker and cash window. I felt like I could come more often and know that someone like him works there. He was full of joy and happy to see you and greeted people awesomely. I was disappointed in the end result broken cup , getting on everything but Anthony made me want to come even though something terrible happened. You are amazing and made my day! Thank you to him!
