Tim Hortons offers a variety of menu items, including the new caramelized onion & parmesan pinwheel that had a delicious first bite. Some customers find the texture doughy. The restaurant can get busy, leading to longer wait times, even with just one person ahead in line. During busy times, the staff may not always be able to keep up with the demand, especially in the drive-thru where customers sometimes feel rushed. Despite these issues, the food quality is usually good, and many customers appreciate the friendly staff and fresh breads. Overall, it is a popular spot for coffee and quick bites, with good service from staff like Kamal, who is often recognized for working hard and providing great service.
