I always order a double toasted 12 grain bagel with cream cheese. So inconsistent. It either has no cream cheese to much or not toasted at all. They are so brain washed to get the order out fast that they have forgotten what counts. I would rather wait a few mintues and get what I ordered than get to work and find my bagel with no cheese or so much you have to take it off, and they are hard up for napkins, always have to ask for one. If I could rate them in the negative I would. Better chance of winning the lottery then having your order correct. Rude employees. Almost never have what you order from drivethru. Get to the window and it's always sorry we don't have that. Imagine going to McDonald's and them saying sorry we don't have big Macs. Just all around incompetent.
Had an employee shout at me. Requested a whole bun and crackers with my soup. Was told rudely that there are no crackers and it would cost me .84 for the extra half bun. Get to my table, open the bun and find a hair in it. Disgusting.
