“We took our 8 year old grandson for a birthday brunch to the Pancake House. Our server Vicki, was absolutely phenomenal! When she found out it was Oliver’s birthday she brought out a candle with his meal and chatted with him about his upcoming birthday party.
When we were finished she brought out a signed card for him and $5 inside.
We were amazed with her interest in him and her kindness in making this little boy feel so special.
