“Haven't had a BK fish sandwich for years. It's still very good and well worth the cost, but boy has it shrunk. It used to be quite a bit bigger than the roll. Not now. I actually had to lift the top of the roll to see it. Like most other places these days, we're paying more for less. At least the quality remains.“

“Stopped past to grab a quick meal on a Wednesday afternoon. I wanted to grab one of their lunch specials, but I was too late. The lunch specials are served from 11am - 3pm. It's half a sub and fries and I believe they start for $10. Instead, I got a footlong cheesesteak. I'm a simply man, so just ketchup and mayo on it. To me, it's one of the better cheesesteaks in Annapolis. The steak and bread were tender and the condiments did not overpower the flavor of the steak. It's a very beefy sandwich.I'm not sure, but it appears that they may have streamlined the menu to just include subs and fried chicken. The Chinese food pictures are still up, but they were not available on the menu. Well, fried rice is still available with your wings if you want it,, but not sure if it is otherwise. If this is the case, I recommend stopping by for some wings and fried rice with mumbo sauce sooner than later.“
“A very nice and easy location! I've never had a bad experience :) The employees are kind and informative of their products. Service is fast and they always have what I'm craving! I love that everyone is always so friendly and open to conversation. It makes for an easy-going atmosphere!“

“We love the food, always be careful ordering, if you dont know a normal burger is 2 patties, and a "little" is 1 patty, my only issue is the prices have gone up so much its a once in a long while stop for us, if you have 2-3 people order one large fry and share as the extra scoop is more than enough to cover 3“

“Was looking for fast food and found Subway with a good Yelp rating. The good: Clean! Plenty of employees that work at a fast pace from ordering to check out. Sandwich had good flavor and quality, especially considering it is fast food. The bad: English isn't the first language. I get it, the place was adequately staffed, but there was some translation needed for one of the employees. It's a worthwhile trade-off except that my sandwich ended up without the onions that the menu said it would include. Overall, a very good, clean restaurant experience with speed, quality of food and flavor (hardly noticed missing onions!). Highly recommend.“

“I’m giving you a five star because everyone that works there is absolutely amazing but I really think you need to reassess your online ordering as well as your Uber and your DoorDash. You cannot accept 40 orders at opening and expect your employees and your customers and your delivery drivers to be happy I understand you want the business but having to wait 19 minutes today while seven people wait and eight people are in line and nobody is on the register. I was a chef for 22 years. Give your employees the opportunity to turn off online orders and let them get caught up have someone at the register and also have a manager overseeing them. You have five people that don’t know what they’re doing today not one person on register and nobody’s checking the online orders.I would like to add that after waiting 18 minutes I canceled my order and walked out. I watched three other people do the same thing I had a customer that came in for a pick up time at 11:33 leave at 11:48. I know you got the management staff. Where were they today?“

“I love subway. I subscribed to their texting service so I could recieve coupons texted to me for specials and things of that nature. While I have never had a problem before, this time it seemed like they didn't have a code or key for 50% off. I had a coupon for buy one, get one 50% off and was told the biggest discount they could give me was the employee discount for 40% and they would give me a bag of chips for free. The employee that took my order and ranh me up was great and very helpful. I know she tried to find the way to make it happen. That being said, if your offering a coupon in any area you should make sure that ALL of your reataurants in that area that are honoring the coupons are able to.“

“Michael is ALWAYS running point here every time we come in, but tonight they really hit it out of the park. Place is absolutely slammed and everyone still had a good attitude and got everything done quick and clean. Amazing food as always, and a special shout out to Jack, who remade a pizza that I ordered incorrectly, and to the gal working the oven like she was born to.Amazing jobs!“
