McDonald's in Annapolis

“The food at this McD's location was standard fare, but the service was above the norm. They accidentally gave us 4 nuggets in the 6-nugget kiddie meals I ordered for my grandkids. When I let them know, the helpful young man who had taken our order immediately took care of the matter by giving us two new 6-nugget boxes without asking for the original ones in return. Our kiddos eyes went big with surprise at this unexpected bounty. The young man appeared to be serving as the night manager - we rolled in to that McDonald's a little after 9:00 pm after a long day of traveling. It was really nice to be treated so courteously and like the customer really mattered. Have to say that sort of treatment has gotten rather hard to come by - especially In fast food chains. And the whole place, including the restrooms were spotlessly clean. Outstanding customer service all round!“

“We had to make an emergency pit stop for a kids' bathroom break, and were SO happy that this place was open late (I think it's open 24 hours, actually).

We didn't order food because there was a small line, but we'll definitely stop back by another time.“

“Service: it nice pulling into a drivethru and NOT waiting 30 minutes to get your food. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, employees asked me how I was, wished me a nice day, all in all a pleasant experience.(Though at first when I pulled into the drivethru I needed a minute to look at the minute and kindly (I said please) asked for a few minutes. After a minute or two tried to give my order, no response, I said hello 3 times, no response. I had to back up in the drive thru lane, then pull forward again to trigger the motion sensor again where a new person helped me, she was super helpful)Food: I mean, it's McDonald's, you get what you paid for“

“Stopped here on a road trip, best McDonalds we’ve ever had. The restaurant was spotless, bathrooms spotless. The food was fast, fresh and hot. I never write reviews but I felt the need to this time. Whoever is running this store should be recognized for their great work. Fantastic“
