McDonald's in Annapolis

“This visit tonight was my first time at this location & it was a great experience. The people were nice, I went through the drive-thru and things were moving a little slow but nothing crazy I just waited at the extra window (less than 5min). When the person went to hand me our food they gave us 2 cards for 1 free item of either 6pc nug, Medium Fry or a McDouble for the wait. They really didn't take long at all but it was sweet of them to appreciate our time. I will definitely be visiting this particular location on the occasion I do get McDonald's ?“

“Fast, Easy, but the customer service was slow or misunderstood or no clear communication... Other than that they would fix any mistakes extremely fast and would comp the order for there customers... Plus they are very Humourous and welcoming with respect. ★★★★★

Parking: Fast and Straightforward with all spots somewhat available and almost all equal distance to entrances.

Kid-friendliness: Entrances, Bathrooms, Seating, and available high chairs and colouring activities with Happiness in every Happy Meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrances, Bathrooms, Parking, Parking Lot, Seating, and available accommodations in all respects, plus countertops and customer services readymade for any and all patrons.“

“Service: it nice pulling into a drivethru and NOT waiting 30 minutes to get your food. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, employees asked me how I was, wished me a nice day, all in all a pleasant experience.(Though at first when I pulled into the drivethru I needed a minute to look at the minute and kindly (I said please) asked for a few minutes. After a minute or two tried to give my order, no response, I said hello 3 times, no response. I had to back up in the drive thru lane, then pull forward again to trigger the motion sensor again where a new person helped me, she was super helpful)Food: I mean, it's McDonald's, you get what you paid for“

“This one used to be better looking. It's got that look like it's a grown adult.. stuff used to be better. It used to have pictures of dolphins and everything. Not anymore. We loved to stop here on our way to the beach because it looked beachy.“
