“The manager, Carlos, is extremely professional and solutions oriented. There was a miscommunication between myself and one of the cashiers when placing my order. As a result, a buy one/get one discount that I was entitled to was not applied. I was charged full price. I requested a refund, and was informed by Jessica that she was not able to execute the refund. Instead, Carlos, the store manager/owner would have to conduct the transaction. He was not in at the time, but Jessica assured me that he would take care of it. He did refund the money without a problem.

It’s very frustrating when staff don’t know how to execute discounts (sometimes it’s really not their fault if there’s no training), but it’s always refreshing when store managers and owners like Carlos come to the rescue to remedy the situation. Thank you!“

“We came here everyday when my husband was going through treatment for a bone marrow transplant at JH. The owner was always so kind and asking how my husband was doing during my daily visit to purchase his smoothie. I’m not one to leave reviews, but the service here was excellent and in the process of becoming a temporary regular (out-of-staters), we also made a new friend. 10/10!!! Great smoothies and food were a huge bonus with the wonderful service.“
