“Amazing through and through. The vibe, the building, the staff, the food and of course the beer! Amazing portions and prices. Took the entire family there today for lunch. The street fries, the tuna nachos, the crab dip apps were amazing! 3 got the Brisket Grilled Cheese, I got the huge fish and chips, 2 got Caesar’s with tuna and chicken. So huge we took a ton home. The half pints loved the grilled cheese and chicken tenders (grilled). Thanks Katie! (Server) and always a pleasure to see the always smiling face of Kurston behind the bar!”

“First visit was worth the hype—Apple Uglies are THAT GOOD. Awesome fresh, made into French toast, sliced with cream cheese, and could probably make the naughtiest sweet/savory sandwich ever. They are HUGE—think Nerf football. Breakfast sammies are also great, and service is friendly. We went in April so hardly any wait.”

“This was my first time coming and let me say this place is amazing. The cookie was warm and fresh. The kids cookie Sundae is all you really need it’s plenty for one to eat. Everyone was friendly and you can sample the ice cream. This a great place for kids as you can sit outside on the benches with umbrellas and enjoy the area.”

“I visited pops kitchen today for the first time, I ordered the slice of cheese pizza with a bowl of soup. I have always been the type to not eat the end crust on pizza unless it’s stuffed… usually because the crust is hard or way too much but the slice of pizza from pops kitchen was amazing, the crust was perfect and the tomato basil soup, Absolutely delicious! It was so good I ordered a bowl of chili and a bowl of French onion soup to go. Got home and tried both… needless to say. I’ll definitely be going back very soon.”

“I went there for the first time last night and absolutely loved the vibe. A wonderful place to meet up with friends for drinks, food and live music. They make you feel like a friend from the minute you walk in the door. Major props to Dale. 🙌”

“Pizza was OK, nothing spectacular. I ordered the "Jumbo Wings" 7f for $18.00. Before ordering I asked the waitress if they were actually jumbo at $2.57 each. She said yes, so I ordered them. Out of the 7 wings 4 were the size of a pigeon wings and the other 3 were standard size chicken wings. I showed the waitress the small wings and asked her if she thought they were " jumbo". she shrugged me off. The wings were a joke!!!!! Never again!!”

“Lucky Star has been our family’s go-to takeout spot for years. My son requests their General Tso’s Chicken all the time, which says a lot because it’s his absolute favorite. The food is consistently delicious, portions are generous, and our orders are always prepared quickly.

What really keeps us coming back, though, is the customer service. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. We’ve never had anything but a great experience here. It’s always a pleasure to support a local restaurant that cares so much about its customers.

We had an awesome date night at **Sisters Wine Bar** this weekend and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The seating was comfortable, the acoustics were spot-on, and the live band created a fantastic atmosphere without overpowering conversation.

The service was warm, friendly, and welcoming—exactly what you want for a relaxed night out in **Berlin, MD**. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her wine selection, and I appreciated having a great variety of domestic and craft beers to choose from, which isn’t always easy to find at a wine bar.

If you’re looking for a laid-back spot with great drinks, live music, and a welcoming vibe in downtown Berlin, Sisters Wine Bar is absolutely worth a visit. We had a great night out and will definitely be back again soon.

“We went to Burley Oak on a Friday night. The bar staff was super friendly and quick. There was acoustic music in the taproom that was good but maybe a bit too loud but not terrible. They have a nice stage outside so I imagine the bands outside would be pretty good. We got a flight of beers and Rude Boy was my favorite. I was with a wine drinker so she appreciated that they served wine. Good location 3 minutes from downtown Berlin.”

“Tonight, 9/6/2024, the service was horrible. It was the all you can eat shrimp night so it is understandable that they might be overwhelmed, but if you advertise this you need to be prepared to provide the service. We have had dinner at this pub on various nights so this is not our first visit. The service was always spectacular and I have defended Poseidons reputation on Facebook numerous times. On the plus side, the food as in previous visits was excellent. Although the service was less than stellar, I still strongly recommend this restaurant and I will continue to eat at this establishment.”
