“The food used to be awesome! Now every time we eat there the chicken is hard and overcooked. I order 3 pc chicken dark and the skin is so hard most of the meat comes off along with the hard skin. Please stop overcooking 😩“

This location definitely lives up to the standards of service that chic fil a always delivers. On another note I am a person who pays attention to details. While I was standing in line I of course got to looking around and I must say when I looked up at the entrance there are windows up high, and these windows were crystal clear down to the window seal.
