Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hagerstown

“I love Chipotle and one I get the burrito bowl. It always lasts me more than one day so don't get any lettuce on it so it can all be rewarmed. I love their food. And their chips are really good too. And I'm from San Diego where you get real Mexican food, still like Chipotle.“

“I travel to Hagerstown for work and I go to this chipotle at least twice a week. The team is amazing and friendly. So I won’t get a low star review. BUT ABOUT A MONTH AGO……a new woman showed up. She has two braided pigtails, Hispanic woman. I’ve seen her be impatient and rude with several customers. One time she was making a bowl for a man and right in the middle of making it she stopped and danced for about 5 seconds. I don’t know if she was trying to show off to the man or what. She’s disruptive to the line when making food, always yelling out and overstepping the next worker in the food line. You can see on all the workers faces that’s she’s a big problem. Do yourselves a favor and get rid of this lady. Many of us need to get to work and when she’s working the line, its always longer. She’s got to go.“
