“We love Nikkos. It's one of our favorite restaurants and we visit often. I was shocked today to see an automatic 18% gratuity for our party of 2. Apparently it's a new policy that applies to all diners, no matter the party size. Now we always tip 20% or more, but to not even be told about the 18% ahead of time was absurd. I'm sure there is a reason for it, but it's a shame that now you won't be getting as large of a tip from us because you put 18% on there and don't tell people.“

“I ordered take out and order the same thing all the time, spicy California roll and spicy shrimp crunch roll. Tonight was definitely an off night with the rice being way too mushy. Next time it will be hibachi….that’s always delicious. My husband always gets that.“

“I'm a truck driver, tonight was my first time ordering from here. And I have to hand it to you guys. The food was delicious, I just ordered the Teriyaki and shrimp, with fried rice.. omg!! 😋😋 The plate was $20 for 2 entree's I'm assuming, but i would of payed $40 for it!!😂 Will definitely be ordering again!!“
