Subway in Hagerstown

“Which corporate idiot decided that shield need to be over the food so customers can't see the food love the food here but really. I wish to see if my sandwich is being made correctly inside play find out when I go to eat. Wasn't able to correct a sandwich order tile after it was made. Had to toss the food cause it was made with food I am allergic to lucky I didn't eat it. I mean I get the same thing every time but some place make it different. Like I said love the food at subway but this is down right dumb what happened to freedom to create and choose what you want on you food.“

“Want to give a huge shout out to mrs.pam on the night shift at the subway on Sharpsburg pike Hagerstown she is aways alone with no help and lots of work and she is always so nice and pleasant and does a great job making our subs in a friendly,timely manner she doesn't just slap it together and send us on our way with a big mess thank you mrs.pam you are the only reason we drive the extra distance to come to that store. We will see you again soon you deserve a big raise so I hope your boss sees this that place is lucky to have you“

“The service was good, restaurant was clean, comfortable environment and the sandwiches were well-made and tasty. And to my surprise they make pizza which my little one was happy about. Really hit the spot during a brief stop on our family road trip.“

“I love this subway. Always get my food made the way I want it. The staff are excellent. Only thing I'm not to crazy about is the way the subway is set up. When I'm ordering if someone needs to pass behind me to go to the bathroom I feel I'm in the way. (I'm not skinny but I'm not huge) ? other then that I have no complaints.“

“Great location for speedy service and friendly employees. They were pretty busy when I stopped for lunch but was suprised how efficiently they got customers in and out with great speed. The supervisor or manager was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean for how busy they were. This is my new Subway spot whenever i want a fresh hoagie.“

“It's inside the pilot truck stop. Better food than the McDonald's with fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff, very clean well maintained and staff is super professional. I would eat there again when I'm traveling thru the area.“
