Wendy's in Hagerstown

“Sometimes I get the munchies late at night. Decided to try wendys since chickfila has been a flop with 9 times out of 10 cold fries. Ordered the chili cheese fries, two number ones with extra pickles. Everything was hot and tasted good. Would return again. No long wait either. Thank you both for the service yesterday.“

“Lately Wendy's has become my fast food choice. You can still get a great deal despite this crazy inflation. I got a yummy double stack with a bacon cheese baked potato and the biggie bag for 5 dollars. I got a drink and it was tasty not flat. I enjoyed my burger cooked to perfection. I really liked my baked potato. It was a bit steep on the price but perfectly delicious. The fries were delicious too. Hot and not too salty. Overall, I think I got s great meal. The employee who took my order was very nice too. I thought I forgot my wallet do I had to park and search for it. When I found it I had to go through the lane again and so they made my food once more. I appreciated the gesture.“

“No complains. Everyone was so nice today this afternoon. I asked for my sandwich to be made a specific way and it came out perfect. This meal really made my day after a long day. “Honestly, I have had poor experiences here in the past, but the most recent time I went the service was incredible, the food was good, and everything was great. The employees were professional and I have zero complaints. Multiple employees checked on me to ensure I had received service and all of my food before I left“

“There's 1 cashier that's awful ? haven't been back since. When you spend no less then $50 each visit you want what you order and not be charged extra. She argued with me about what I wanted to the point where I refused to speak with her and demanded a manager. Won't order again if I even see her“
