“Service is exceptional. I placed an order this morning and I had a side order of bacon which was accidentally forgotten, but when I called to explain that it was missing, I spoke to a wonderful employee named John who rectified the situation and made it a whole meal for me just so that I didn’t have to come back just for bacon. The food is always hot and fresh. It’s never too busy and if there is a mess up they do their best to fix the situation. That is what it means to have exceptional customer service. I will be returning“

“I like Applebee's especially since this is the only location around. I truly enjoy the host named Pat. It just hasnt been the same since they let her go. Some faces and personalities make the place more comfortable. I looked forward to seeing her smiling face. Very welcoming. Pat made me feel at home. Now its a bit dry depending on who's there. Servers are a bit over worked.“

“Well cooked food, great and attentive service, fast service at the table. One of the best ihop locations I have tried out of Delaware and New York. We finished everything we ordered because it was so good.
Also, I loved the low volume music in the background, very easy to talk and enjoy while being there!“

“Open early morning, fast and friendly service located inside the welcome center along with other food establishments, but others were not open.

Everyone was super nice with a welcome smile especially when the lady misread my name and called out Jennifer. We laughed and I came back to tease her asking that Jennifer would like some salt and pepper to go, please.
The whole staff got kick out of it. The experience was warm and fun. Recommend!“

“A Fantastic Story…there remains hope! Today I witnessed an elderly, blind woman struggling with multiple carryon bags and a suitcase. She clearly was not homeless, the bags had visible airline tags. She passed near my car with her bags and her mobility cane while I was getting breakfast at the McDonald’s drive thru. I watched her stunned as she struggled and found herself disoriented heading into the dumpster corral. I was thinking, “ oh no, I’ve got to get out of my car and help”. Then, 2 McDonalds employees come out and head towards her. A lady jumps out of car and heads toward her also. I was so ecstatic to see this happen. The male employees took her bags while the lady chatted with her and slowly walked her to the restaurant. Folks, there is still hope for us! Shout out to the morning team at the Aberdeen McDonalds!! I always get nice service there, but today they excelled at customer service and care.“

“There a guy in there that is really quick and nice and he responded to our needs and is seem like he was doing the drive thru by himself we came in late night the order was right and good customer service. His name was Michael but it seem like no one was helping him but he still had a great attitude. Wish he got more help that night but we like him 👏“

“Went here for Breakfast with my parents on Saturday July 12th 2025. We were visiting the rest area that this is located in for a restroom break, and figured to take a food break too. At 5:00AM, besides the other shop, this was the only thing that was open and that was able to take orders. Cashier was pleasant and took our breakfast orders. I had the french toast sticks, and a small coffee. My dad got a baconator with a large coffee. My mom got an egg sandwich. Cashier was pleasant. Paid via credit card. We recieved our orders in a timely manner. We actually also sat outside the rest area to eat our food. While the food filled our stomachs, we didn't really like it all that much. The coffee was fine though! But maybe Wendy's isn't the thing for breakfast. This was also our first time trying Wendy's breakfast.“
