An absolute nightmare of an establishment, managers completely okay with employees vaping outside of kitchen, piss poor service. We were one of 3 tables seated, still took 40 minutes to get three kids meals and chili. Waitress (Nadia) was completely removed, zero customer service skills and simply did not care. Not that it matters, but we won’t return.
Service was terrible. Food took a little over than an hour to get and then it was undercooked. Had to ask for Keno ticket to be run twice then as she just laid it by Keno machine lost out $$$ as all 3 of my numbers hit on a triple bonus. I finally got my ticket back after all 5 games had already played. I could go on but not worth my time. Complete waste of money, still tipped 20%. Won’t be back!
