waited 20 plus minutes only to be offered an extra donut instead of a refund, which I had to negotiate for.
The worst costumer service . They are rude and I stoped going to this one. I refuse to give them business.
Placed order and they repeated it back; got to the window and I paid through my app. I didn’t question the price because I ordered a size bigger than I normally do. She went to hand me my order and it was not the right drink. Then they tried to bill me again! I just paid, why would I pay again? She should have just given me my correct drink. Needless to say, I left angry with no coffee, as they weren’t understanding that she already billed me for the transaction.
